Our enviable warranty and aftercare service is a high priority, focal point of our business as we recognise the need to offer a swift, cost effective and dependable service to customers in the immediate, middle and long term. Your new hot tub purchase is inclusive of this service, and for peace of mind we are available 7 days a week on 01253 599330.

Any Hot Tub can be secured with a fully refundable £95 deposit. Typically, finance sales do not require a holding deposit; successful completion of a finance application is sufficient. A Hot Tub will be held in stock for any length of time required by the customer. This deposit is fully refundable at any point during this holding period. The deposit is fully refundable until 24 hours from dispatch, after which time preperations for installation have been conducted and the deposit is no longer refundable.The customer is solely responsible to adhere to the absolute minimum access requirements for the hot tub to be delivered.

Our national warranty scheme utilises our installation teams who, collectively, cover the UK mainland on a daily basis. These experienced teams allow us to be never more than an approximate 30-40 miles from any potential service location, thus allowing a cost effective and sustainable means of implementing our warranty program. Each team are employees of The Hot Tubs Superstore — we do not use sub-contractors; consequently, we guarantee the highest levels of customer service. Each service vehicle carries a standard inventory of spare parts; this promotes consistency and ensures we have the means to remedy any potential issue. Please note water care is the responsibility of the customer, however, telephone support is available 7 days a week to assist with water care advice.

The Hot Tubs Superstore carry a market leading spares department in our Blackpool facility; we hold replacement parts for models — bothpast and present. Additionally, our value for money ethos extends to our parts pricing.
