We bought our hot tub 5 years ago after watching Hot Tub Britain on TV. We had fantastic friendly helpful customer service from buying to installation. We love our hot tub and use it throughout the year, a few times each week!. Just after Christmas sadly the hot tub made funny noises and stopped working. I phoned Hot Tub Superstore on 2 January and explained the symptoms to Wes. He was very helpful in arranging for a team to visit to sort out our problem one week later. He phoned me a couple of times to update me on when the team would visit. Damien phoned me the day before to give me a time slot. The team phoned me 30 mins before they arrived. So I was kept fully informed.. The engineers quickly got to work. They identified that my pump had gone and quickly replaced it. The guys were friendly courteous and helpful. We were very happy to be back in our hot tub that night. Many thanks for excellent customer service!

Six months owning our Master Spa Michael Phelps 7 Hot Tub and we haven't changed our minds about Hot Tub Superstore. Great service and absolutely fantastic product. The Michael Phelps 7 is a hydrotherapy monster, if you are looking for a really powerful high end therapy hot tub I absolutely recommend this range. I researched hot tubs for about four years, I not an expert but an experienced engineer and I can tell these Master Spa tubs are absolutely solid, the quality is fantastic. I have had a couple of very minor issues such as a faulty spinner jet, struggling to connect the Balboa app and initially getting to grips with water care. However I have found the HTSS very helpful each time, they sent me a new jet without quibble, helped me through connecting to the wifi and are more than happy to spend time on the phone talking through any water care issues. There is one disappointment that I have had and that is the Inline "Smart" Filter which I paid quite a bit for, To be clear this... isn't part of Master Spa it is a filter with a click-in pod that HTSS sells. You load the pod with Bromine tablets, set the feed rate and then relax as you know your water will be nicely sanitised for a few weeks. Sounds great and I like the idea. Trouble is, it doesn't work, sorry guys but the smart pod is junk. The Darlly filter itself felt cheaply made in comparison to Pleatco filters and mine started to fall apart (which was replaced, thank you) It's funny as I visit my local hot tub shop (Barnsley Hot Tubs) from time to time to buy chemicals and have a chat. The guy in there is very knowledgeable and very well respected in the industry. I mentioned the smart pod I was using and he went into the back and brought one out and he laughed about it. He said Darlly who make the filters asked him to do a long term test on the smart pod and he said he ran them on some of his display tubs for months. He basically said stop using it, they don't work and his explanation why was exactly the same as my findings too. You cannot set it to feed bromine with any consistency, the lower settings don't put enough in, and the higher settings put waaaaay too much in because the tablets dissolve too quick, as in a couple of days. With fresh tablets, the lower settings initially feed enough in but after a while when the tablet gets smaller and the surface area in contact with the water reduces, it doesn't put enough in. I had a disaster with mine, I loaded with fresh tablets and went away for five days, came back to pea soup and I had to drain and start again. I have now gone to manually adding chlorine and whilst it's a pain it's working for me. Starting to ramble on a bit now but in summary I wholeheartedly recommend the Hot Tub Superstore. Just don't buy the in line "smart" pod/filter, stick to the Pleatco filters and get in to the habit of manually adding your sanitiser.read more

Just had Legend 6 installed excellent lads who installed it highly recommend them Only negative the control panel was faulty on arrival. But they changed it immediately if you want a hot tub go to them I'm based Warrington come view mine if your not sure jimmy Extra note while getting used to the PH values and bromine levels of water customer service has been excellent

We had to call them to look at our hot tub as it had started to leak it is 9 years old and this is the first time we have had any trouble. The engineers came within in a few days of calling them They discovered a leak on a manifold which had to be replaced. It was just over a week when they were back with the new manifold which was duly replaced. I will say I was not very happy as they had not brought the pond to put the water in. So all the hot water was put down the drain and had to be refilled when the work was done. The temperature of the water when refilled was only 17 degrees so took a long time to reheat. The first picture is the engineers replacing the manifold the second is the hot tub ready for use.

Excellent customer service from all staff. Had the hot tub over 3 years now and highly recommend them, winter is the best time to use them too 👍

Couldn't recommend them enough. We finally chose a hot tub after some discussion and lots and lots of visits to other places. No waffle, honest advice from start to finish. No sales folk in stripey suits. They organised the crane company and communications we're excellent from the start. A delay on the day of the delivery due to a motorway closure for several hours caused a bit of hassle and these guys were on the ball to rearrange the crane for a few hours later. Kept informed all the way through, installers turned up and got started straight away even though they'd been on the road for hours. Hot tub was lifted into place, plumbed in and wired and then they went through all the chemical stuff with us a gave us some great tips. We love the hot tub and all made easier by dealing with these guys. Excellent no pressure pre-sales (Thanks Damien), fantastic engineers (Richard and his mate) and so far great post sales too. If you want a hot tub they have something for everyone here and... helped by the great staff who will genuinely guide you through to the right tub for you with no pressure.read more

Brilliant, helpful and informed staff. Visited their website and showroom on many occasions beforehand with no pressure to buy. Impressive selection of quality hot tubs/spas to look at and choose from. Recently purchased a Force 8 (thanks Becca for your patience and timely updates), which was very competently installed and fitted by a most friendly and pleasant Wesley and Paul. Nothing was too much trouble. Wesley gave sensible, clear advice re managing water sanitisation and checked I was happy with everything before taking his leave. All packaging was cleared away. Absolutely love my spa, it is sooo relaxing and easy to manage! If you are looking for a hot tub, this is the store to go to for quality, competitive prices and competent advice. Can recommend them without hesitation.

On Saturday we visited the store and realised it's been 5 years since we bought our hot tub. We love it as much today as we did then and every time we use it we smile and have a 'wow' moment. It still feels like we are on holiday when we are in it especially after a day in the garden or after a busy day at work. Our tub is in our garden and not covered by a building so we can enjoy the sunshine and garden view. It's also brilliant at night watching the stars and the moon. We've seen the New Year come in from the tub which was amazing. This is something to consider if you are considering covering your tub. Our family love it and the younger family members love to spend time relaxing in the tub and chatting together. Christmas day is a big hit with the children. For the price of a second hand car we think it's been the best money we've spent and we've had so much use and enjoyment from it. It costs us less than a mobile phone contract to run each month. The service has always been... great from the Hot tub superstore and there's always someone on hand to talk to if you have any questions. Damian has been our point of contact from day one. We are so glad we took the plunge and bought our hot tub and when the time comes we will replace it without hesitation.read more

A complete and professional service. We were greeted on arrival at the showroom by Damien who took us through step by step everything we wanted to know about our choice of hot tub. We left after leaving a deposit for our new hot tub extremely happy and confident about our choice and cant wait for installation day. Thank you Damien and your great team whom we dealt with online. We were only intending to browse for a hot tub on Sat 20/4/19. We entered the lovely light airy showroom and after a few minutes and lovely young man came and greeted us. We gave him our dimensions and he showed us the relevant hot tubs. We then needed some more specific information so brought his Dad Damien over. As I get older I expect and want good quality products with great customer service! I was not disappointed! He was very knowledgable and knew his products inside out. He did not try the hard sell and apologised for losing his voice (too much karaoke me thinks!!) We were happy to make our purchase there and then due to being informed about the amazing aftercare package that is included in all their Hot Tubs. We sat down with Damien, completed the sale, he invited us to choose some beautiful eucalyptus aromatherapy spa extract as a good will gesture. This is the 1st half of our Hot Tub buying experience, to be continued on delivery 😉

What fantastic customer service, the guys were very helpful and pleasant, they were very professional and friendly. Ross was very knowledgeable from the first time we spoke. He helped us fined the right model.(THANKS ROSS) What more can I say. The hot tub is fab.
