My tornado hot tub is superb, the guys did a great job, even though I had to take a couple of fence panels off, it was worth it as it’s relaxing and hassle free.

Great service, from start to finish. The sales team couldn’t have been more helpful and they put my mind at ease straight away. The delivery and installation service was amazing (I live on the Isle of Wight) and much better than local retailers. The great service is carrying on even now with the after sale care.

What can I say that has not already been said, from the first contact with hot tub superstore and the conversation with Ross who was so knowledgeable and helpful firstly on choosing the right model for me going through my personal needs, ( the reason for purchase is to help muscle strength ) to the guy;s who delivered the tub and set it up after which they went through water safety and operation of tub, also it’s not just plug and play but the hot tub team go through everything you need to know about your purchase, Thank you seems too little to say about this company Kindest regards

It’s very rare these days that I can say this but I thought that the service we received from the hot tub superstore was first class. No question was too much trouble and the after sale customer service was as timely and sharp as the pre sale service.

Very easy to deal with from start to finish the aftercare has been amazing too. The guys who did the installation were amazing gave very clear instructions with the chemicals and explained everything.
