Be warned…factor into your costings an exponential increase in Champagne/Prosecco consumption when pricing your hot tub. It is now as much a natural part of our hot tub useage as grabbing the towels!

Purchased tub Jan2017. Installers were brilliant as we had to go through neighbours garden. Very patient and thorough.
Had a problem with a speaker after 6 months fitters came straight away and changed speaker no problem.
They even advised how to save money on servicing.
Product is great and at a very good price compared to elsewhere.
Can’t fault top service. Highly recommended and a nice day out in Blackpool

The service was exemplary. We originally wanted a larger spa, however hottubsuperstore arranged a site visit and we realised that the gap to fit the tub was too small. They returned our deposit with no quibbles at all. We went back to them in November and bought a smaller tub. This was delivered, fitted and filled by their experts and also went through all the operations of the tub and how to use the chemicals correctly. It is no wonder that they get such high ratings! We use our tub at least twice a week. It has been great throughout winter as we have been outside and getting fresh air in the dark months.
A pleasant experience and will definitely recommend. Thanks guys!
