Went down to the superstore in Blackpool to see Dillan he showed us the typhoon and how it all worked. From there we ordered our tub and waited for delivery. The hot tub was delivered and installed in a few hours and the lads went through everything with us. Had the typhoon a few months now and it’s great, simple controls and use to use. After sales are 5star to answering all my questions via phone and email. We would recommend to anyone. Even one of our family members bought one.

I am very pleased with my hot tub from the superstore in Blackpool and the staff there were really helpfull the delivery was spot on and the men that installed it were very knowledgeable we get great enjoyment from ours. I would recommend the hottubsuperstore Blackpool 100% .

No Fuss honest quick friendly service. The delivery and Installation Technicians arrived when they said they would and quickly unpacked the tub, filled it then explained all the settings etc. It would appear that distance from Blackpool is not a problem as they were making other calls in my area that day.

We bought a TORNADO hot tub.
Staff at every stage were helpful, knowledgable and just nice. No hard sell, just confidence in their product.
The show room, showed our tub empty and full so we really understood what we were buying. We opted for partial finance, which was quickly and effectively arranged over a coffee. A delivery date was agreed.
The tub was delivered on schedule by Tom and Lee. They installed and tested on site. They demonstrated use and maintenance.
Really can’t fault anyone for anything.
