First class service from start to finish.
The lads came to install on time and nothing was too much trouble. They explained how everything worked etc
Had to ring up twice for problems and both times the problem was sorted immediately.
Always have time to answer any queries .I would highly recommend hot tub superstore .

It’s very rare these days that I can say this but I thought that the service we received from the hot tub superstore was first class. No question was too much trouble and the after sale customer service was as timely and sharp as the pre sale service.

Ever since taking delivery of my S5 tub from them nothing has been any bother even when I had a pump issue they came and changed it without quibble – good people to work with and very quick to supply all my chemicals and filters
