I’ve had my Typhoon about six weeks. I couldn’t be happier with this awesome purchase….money well spent. The family loves it. The team that came to install was great. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The online chat feature is the best. I’ve used it many times and can rest assured the team @ HTS are there to assist with whatever I need. Amazing experience all the way around. Thank you for the superb customer service.
