Had my hot tub 2 years and still going strong. Also, had a call from the hot tub superstore to ask if I was still happy and if I had any problems. I mentioned a jet had stopped working. The lady said she would pass my details onto technical support. Literally less than 5 minutes later they called and resolved the problem from me (apparently some of my jets can be turned off, so it wasn’t broken).
So happy with the product and the customer service. 5 star rating all the way.
