The service we received is second to none it was amazing from beginning to end with continued contact to see how we’re gett on. The guys are so helpful and full of knowledge and are happy to spend time giving you advice on any problems you may have or on products you are using. The hot Tub we purchased is amazing full massage therapy and we use it every night and also enjoy it with friends family and neighbors if your thinking of purchasing a hot tub we would a 100% recommendation these guys it was smooth from beginning to end and beyond

The service we have received, from our very first visit to the Hot Tub Superstore to purchasing, has been amazing!
We liked the display set ups, the dress code of all staff, the warm and friendly yet professional welcome on arrival, the knowledge and expertise shown and the “no-pressure” approach to selling.
Since purchasing the hot tub we have,( as novices!,) rung a couple of times to ask what now seem really basic questions but always we are made to feel able to ask, and know that they are just a phone call away.
Excellent service throughout! Thank you.
