I had a really good look around online before buying our tub. I ended up visiting the showroom. Our experience was brilliant – no pressure selling, just good solid information about the products and their servic. Subsequent phone calls received the same helpful response. After we decided to take the plunge ( forgive the pun !) we were delighted by how efficiently the arrangements for delivery and the actual installation took place. The after sales experience has been tremendous ( it’s our first tub so we needed guidance ) They even call after a few weeks to make sure all is well. Great value ( we bought the Typhoon ) and great service – if I was Len I’d give them a ten.
