Great service from the team from initial enquiry through delivery & after sales. I had a small problem after a couple of weeks and someone was round very quickly and sorted the problem.

Service experience from The Hot Tub Superstore was brilliant. Men who delivered were so informative and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They set hot tub up, explained fully how to look after it and took all the packing away. I would recommend the Hot Tub Superstore to anyone.

This was the second hot tub I have purchased from the Hot Tub superstore. The service provided by the staff is second to none. From the moment you enter the showroom you are dealt with in a professional manner without out high sales pressure. The sales staff are knowledgeable about the products and take time to demonstrate and explain. Once ordered the delivery is very quick and the delivery takes place on the date and time agreed which is very good. The installers do the installation quickly and efficiently and take the time to explain everything to you. The products they supply are

Fantastic service from the very first phone call! Kept informed throughout the whole purchasing process, with call backs received when we were told they would be made. Installation team very polite, courteous and patient (had a couple of minor changes of mind when seeing the hot tub in location but it genuinely seemed to be no bother!). Hot tub was left fully operational on the Friday afternoon but not long after the installers left a minor fault occurred. But it was not a problem! A quick phone call to their offices and within 30 mins we had a call back saying that the installers would divert back the following morning (yes, on a Saturday!), before heading back to Blackpool from South Wales (we are in Bristol). Sure enough, they turned up and, after a bit of head-scratching, replaced a part and all was good again! Have called their technical bods for a advice a couple of time during early days of ownership and they have always been more than helpful. The service offered by this company really is head and shoulders above that offered by so many other companies these days – I only hope they keep it up!

I most definitely would recommend the Hot Tub superstore. We had excellent service from everyone involved from purchasing our hot tub. Installation of it and afterservice. We would buy from them again. Plus the price of our hot tub was the cheapest and the best value around.

We traveled up to Blackpool from the Isle of Wight to purchase the evolution 8 hot tub. Let me tell you it was well worth the mammoth drive. Fantastic service.
