We have had the TORNADO hot tub for just over 2 years now. We have left 5 stars for several reasons:
The product itself is without issue. We use it 3 times a week and even now, it performs and looks like new. We could not be any happier.
We have been in contact with the hot tub superstore several times for advice on chemicals, maintenance and general house keeping. Everytime we are met with fantastic enthusiasm to help, excellent product knowledge and just general happiness to keep a customer for life.
They have definitely done this…..
For anyone who is thinking of buying a hot tub from elsewhere I urge you to stop and give the hot tub superstore the opportunity to show you what they are all about and what fantastic products they have.
Both customer service and product satisfaction flows through the veins of everyone who is associated with the hot tub superstore.
