A great first class service from initial contact from a team of professionals. On contacting the sales team and a great discussion with their technical advisor around heights, dimensions required for access I was reassured that the Hot Tub I had Purchased would my family needs. The tub arrived as agreed. The installation team introduced themselves in a polite friendly manner, before walking the site planning the install. The installation was seamless and while the tub was filling the installation team utilised this time to good use by explaining the operating features, chemical process, testing, filter install/ removal and cleaning and very professional approach ensuring everything was understood, and if was unsure they had no issues of explaining again. A very professional service from the initial phone call to the end of the installation. The family have enjoyed this and its provide great family time together.

Top quality service from start to finish, advice on which tub to go for, excellent knowledge with regard to the requirements for installation. The guys who delivered and installed were fantastic, dealt with any issues quickly and never grumbled. After care superb, always someone on the end of the phone willing to help and offer advice.

Excellent service. Hot tub was installed on the agreed date. There have been no issues with the tub which we have now enjoyed for 3 years. Chemicals and filters are easy to order and always arrive on time. Would highly recommend

Brilliant company!!! From the first visit to the showroom to the day of installation. Great team. I love the hot tub , best purchase I’ve ever made and easy to maintain. I use it all year round and have just as much enjoyment in winter as well as summer!!

The hot tub super store are amazing, as first time hot tub buyers were are total novices, there was absolutely no need to worry, these people can’t do enough for you. Nothing, and I mean nothing is too much trouble, they are masters of their craft, there isn’t anything they don’t know. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hot tub super store! More company’s could learn from their customer service ethos
