Always really friendly when ever I ring up with a question. Bought the tub nearly 2 years ago with great customer service and still helpful after collection with all the Chems and any advice I need.

The hot tub super store are amazing, as first time hot tub buyers were are total novices, there was absolutely no need to worry, these people can’t do enough for you. Nothing, and I mean nothing is too much trouble, they are masters of their craft, there isn’t anything they don’t know. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hot tub super store! More company’s could learn from their customer service ethos

From making the first call to Hot Tub Superstore to the delivery of the tub, we found the staff to be very helpful without being ‘pushy’ in trying to secure a sale as we had found with other suppliers.
They kept us fully up to date with the delivery times and requirements, on the day of delivery the weather wasn’t too great but the lads worked through it, very impressed

From the first phone call to The Hot Tub Superstore, the service was excellent.
Delivery was easily arranged and the fitting was done quickly and professionally.
Within a week I received a follow up phone call to make sure everything was working ok and told to call if I ever had and queries about chemicals etc.
All in all – a great service. thank you.
