So we had some reservations spending this much money on one item we had only seen online as the store is over 300 miles away. One phone call taken by an American chap called Brodie and all our worries were put at ease his wealth of knowledge answered all our queries. We had some work to do prepping the area it was to be installed and sorting the electrics, hot tub was held for us until we were ready, and all for a very small deposit. Was contacted prior to delivery to ensure we were ready and on day of delivery received a call with time of arrival, considering the lads had travelled 340 miles they were 25 mins early an amazing job considering English roads. Installation was smoothe and tub was installed and filled in 2.5 hours we have good pressure and filled from hot a cold taps. Full demonstration on chemicals and usage. Curtesy call a few days later to check everything was ok. Had one issue with Wi-Fi module due to week signal so phoned them and appointment booked for the lads to come back and investigate,yes they travelled another 340 miles to sort first class service. Wi-Fi module moved to opposite side of tub and all works great. No question is to small or stupid great customer service and care it’s a shame all company’s don’t operate this way.
