Tornado
Arrived back home after the Easter break to find the chlorine level in my Tornado was really high l had been using a pop up floater on the lowest setting.
I contacted the Hot Tub Superstore Technical Team and spoke to Damien.
He explained step by step instructions for me to follow and important to me explained what was happening.
First we got the pH level correct over a few days then the chlorine was sorted, because the level was very high I had to drain about half the water and refill it is now again perfect thanks to Damien.
I had my Tornado delivered on Saturday 20th January (3 moths ago) and I can honestly say the Aftercare Service from the Hot Tub Superstore is second to none.
Damien in the Technical Team is a credit to the team he knew exactly how to help me and I now know a little more about the chemicals.
Thanks to everyone I am enjoying my Tornado again
