Fantastic hot tub,all the family love it.Everyone we met in the store were friendly and answered all our questions.There was no pressure sales people,which we liked,alot.The 2 lads that came and delivered and fitted it were great.They phoned when they were close and arrived well in the time slot.Our delivery was quite away from Blackpool,but the lads were still happy and friendly.we gave them cups of tea and a bacon sandwich,which they seemed to enjoy.They explained how to use the chemicals in the hot tub in an easy to understand way.We would recommend the hot tub store to everyone.Thankyou very much.

The guys who delivered and installed the hot tub were great, it was a horrible day, non stop rain but it didn’t impede them. The whole process from ordering to installation was faultless, the hot tub is fantastic and we have enjoyed plenty of use.

It’s very rare these days that I can say this but I thought that the service we received from the hot tub superstore was first class. No question was too much trouble and the after sale customer service was as timely and sharp as the pre sale service.

Everything about this purchase was right phoned them up I had picked the one I wanted they told me more about that made me decide it was the one the delivery could be done very quickly and it was by a pair of great guys that explained the whole hot tub.
I love our hot tub in it all the time my kids love it especially the 3 year old.
