From my first phone call enquiring about the hot tubs to the delivery, and after service I have found them to be very approachable, professional and very helpful.
No question you ask them is too ‘daft’. The delivery guys were spot on time and very helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions regarding chemicals, holiday periods and using the hot tub to a very high, professional and in-depth knowledge.
The ‘after sales’ team have rang me a couple of times to check I’m okay and asked if I have any questions. They told me to ring them anytime if I have a question or need to buy the chemicals.
