Prior to my considered purchase, I was able to fully discuss my specific requirements ,with this company. They were always very helpful and yes Idid order a Typhoon model,which was duly delivered and set up in December 2017.Then the snow and ice came !!! I had to wait a few days before I could clear it enough to raise the cover – it wasn’t working at all ! I rang the Hot Tub Company and they sent an engineer the next day and had to change one component – since then all perfect.In addition I have called their helpline wth several queries mostly on chemicals -they are always helpful and always give me an answer or call me back if necessary. I believe I chose the right company to buy from

We had our hot tub delivery a couple month ago .
The ordering process was so simple . The chap we spoke to was great at explaining everything .
The day came and they arrived nice and early . The 2 installation boys were amazing . Explaining everything in simple terms .
