A great first class service from initial contact from a team of professionals. On contacting the sales team and a great discussion with their technical advisor around heights, dimensions required for access I was reassured that the Hot Tub I had Purchased would my family needs. The tub arrived as agreed. The installation team introduced themselves in a polite friendly manner, before walking the site planning the install. The installation was seamless and while the tub was filling the installation team utilised this time to good use by explaining the operating features, chemical process, testing, filter install/ removal and cleaning and very professional approach ensuring everything was understood, and if was unsure they had no issues of explaining again. A very professional service from the initial phone call to the end of the installation. The family have enjoyed this and its provide great family time together.

Fantastic. Ross phoned promptly after leaving an enquiry where he took me through my choice, highlighting alternatives etc. No pressure sales just honest advice and feedback leaving you to make up your own mind.
Once ordered arrangements were made for delivery and installation which went without a hitch. Installation team were great, positioning, filling and instructing on use… even after a long drive to NE Scotland.
Received a call from Ross a few days after installation making himself available for questions or advice.
Great product, great sales and service. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

I have bought 2 hot tubs now from the hot tub superstore and both times have had no issues at all. The last time being 4 months ago the customer service from buying it to the follow up was excellent. The staff were so nice and helpful and went out of there way. I wish i knew names but the girl who sold it me, the installation guy and the follow up calls have all been brilliant and a credit to the company. Oh and the hot tub has been great to.
