arriving at the store we were greeting by a very nice member of staff they explain tubs we’re all working and to try them out all the prices and spec were on the side of the tubs we were able to try all the tubs to see the jets work after looking around we made are decision which hot tub was the best for us .after the paper work and delivery date we had chosen it was quick and easy .
Day of the delivery 2 very nice men put the tub in its place filled the hot tub added the chemical also explained how to use the hot tub I’m so happy I purchased my tub from hottub superstore 5 star service also after care service great any problems there happy to help thank you all at hottub superstore

Great experience from start to finish. Friendly knowledgeable staff, lovely large showroom with a very good range of models and sizes to suit all. Delivery went well apart from the rain and was up a running in a few hours. We love our Michael Phelps 7 hot tub it’s super powerful and looks gorgeous.
Great advice. Quick and easy to order everything I needed over the phone.

Outstanding service from the team at the Hot Tub Superstore; from sales at the front of house, to delivery, installation and aftersales (through-life support).
The tub arrived exactly as arranged, and was installed quickly by the guys who also filled it and gave a demonstration on how to maintain the correct chemical levels. Aftersales support could not have been better: swift assistance was provided when we re-sited our tub to another area in the garden.
A great service provided – and would highly recommend to anyone.

I was nervous at first with buying a hottub that I hadn’t seen. I’m in Essex and their showroom is in Blackpool but I needn’t had worried. They sent wine videos and photos taken on that day of my hottub. The service and customer relations is superb. This was pre sale and after. They couldn’t have done anymore to make the choice and support better. I highly recommend that you consider them when looking.
