Had a great experience purchasing my hot tub from this company with also great after sales service. I would recommend this company to anyone if your looking to invest in a hot tub as you will get a quality hot tub and great service. It also helps being able to see all the customer satisfactory reviews as most of the other suppliers do not give their customers an option to leave a review or Facebook page to comment on for other customers to see.

From the initial contact with the hot tub superstore through to delivery and after sales service I was extremely impressed. The initial advice on what tub would suit our requirements was spot on which resulted in us having a brilliant hot tub that we are chuffed with and within our budget. The delivery date and requirements were seamless and the delivery guys were outstanding. I’m a hot tub novice but the boys patiently explained the tub workings and chemicals to a level I could understand. I would highly recommend the hot tub superstore to anyone considering buying a hot tub they have been a pleasure to deal with.
