From sales to the great set of lad that came to deliver and set up the tub everyone is friendly and easy going no hard sell, just great people with a great product, which we love using… Cool and relaxing in the summer and a great way to warm up in the winter… Wine always optional 😉

Fantastic friendly service . No hard sell and a pleasure to deal with . The showroom is professional and the colleagues advising you are very knowledgeable. The after sales care is the best I’ve ever received… from just getting some advice to needing help the service is always very good . We did have a small problem with our tub . I reported this and technicians came out to the house and dealt with the issue . They even called an hour before to tell me of their arrival . When you call up the hot tub superstore they are always very friendly on the phone and I get the impression it’s a great place to work as all the staff I’ve met / spoken to seem happy and seem to enjoy their job
