Amazing! I have to say I was a complete hot tub novice and didn’t have a clue where to start. Ross talked me (almost hand holding!) through the process from start to finish. The installation guys on the day are very professional and again very helpful advising, explaining the hot tub features and talking through the water care process. Highly recommended.

When inquiring about a hot tub the staff were very friendly and helpfull in ansewering all my questions. A few days later we chose and ordered our hot tub and this was very easy and they kept our hot tub untill we rquired it. When we arranged for delvery date, the team arrived on time and were excellent, once in position they went through all the requirements for controling the jets and the chemicals,
They did not rush this through and did not leave untill we were happy.
